Apart from the six existing clubs, SAFRA members can explore one more “club” to bring friends and family for food, fun and relaxation. The SAFRA Dining Club @ 29 Carpenter, located within the Central Business District and just a stone’s throw from Clarke Quay MRT, is at the former site of SAFRA Town Club. It offers dining, lifestyle and entertainment all in one spot!

The first level of the Dining Club features a fusion Chinese restaurant showcasing the best of Cantonese, Hunan and Szechuan flavours in a modern and elegant setting, while the second level houses a seafood restaurant offering an array of local favourites and top-notch seafood dishes, such as chilli crab. Up on the fifth floor is the Aquarius Cove, an ocean-themed children’s playground available for private bookings and an ideal family-friendly location to mark special celebrations. One floor above is The Lounge, a cosy establishment for NSmen to relax and socialise over drinks in a cool and comfortable setting, where karaoke, sports channels and games such as darts and pool are available.

If you wish to mark your special occasions, such as baby showers, birthday celebrations, weddings, marriage ceremonies or private events, consider reserving the function rooms located on levels three and four. There are exclusive privileges for SAFRA members, who enjoy priority booking and special discounts within the complex, as the Dining Club has been operated by Qian Xi Group in partnership with SAFRA since September 2015.

For dining at the restaurants, discounts range from 10 to 15 percent for a la carte and packages, while members get 15 percent off entry fees for the Aquarius Cove playground. All NS units planning cohesion programmes, booked through SAFRA, can also enjoy dedicated menus at special rates for their cohesion needs. So the next time you need to unwind, consider SAFRA Dining Club @ 29 Carpenter, where SAFRA membership has its privileges.
