Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now by Starship. Second favourite would be the Chariots of Fire theme song. Nothing’s was a huge hit in the late 1980s. I’m reminded of my happy childhood whenever I hear it. Chariots is special to me because I walked down the aisle as a flower girl for the first time at my uncle’s wedding in the early 1990s, and they played it as their march-in song.
Your idea of a perfect celebration is…
A getaway vacation in the Maldives, swimming with fish and soaking in the sun, away from busy cities.

I think celebratory songs are the ones everyone can sing and dance to. My Love by Irish boy group Westlife was my graduation song. Another one of my favourites is How You Like That from South Korean girl group Blackpink, whose songs are currently dominating the music charts across the world.

Anything comfortable is a perfect celebration!

My all-time favourites have got to be September by Earth, Wind & Fire and the recently released The Other Side by Justin Timberlake and SZA. I chose September because it’s such a carefree kind of song.
Whenever this track comes on, I can’t help but feel happy and want to break out a dance move. And The Other Side is such a fun song about how we should celebrate who we are and cherish the present, and not just think about how the grass is greener on the other side.
Your idea of a perfect celebration is…
Having my group of close friends and family, all at my place to enjoy a night of delicious food, play fun games, and take lots of pictures to remember the moment.
I’m really big on parties, so you can count on me to plan everything… a carefully selected playlist – I’m a DJ after all – and even some yummy treats for my dog!

It has to be Can’t Stop The Feeling by Justin Timberlake. Another has to be I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas. These are special as they can turn any normal day into a party.
Both are upbeat, fun tunes that automatically lift you up. I chose these because I’ve used them to celebrate moments with my family and friends, so I have lots of good memories singing along. If you’re celebrating a big event, the drums, bass and vocals on these songs are gonna get you grooving.
Your idea of a perfect celebration is…
I’d definitely be around people I love and having a good time. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing when you’re celebrating. More importantly, it’s whom you’re celebrating with. We’d all be laughing, making jokes and probably singing along loudly to Can’t Stop The Feeling!
