What To Expect At SGUnited – e2i X SAFRA Jobs & Skills Discovery

SAFRA has collaborated with public agencies and education providers to connect job seekers with career opportunities and to enhance their prospects with up-skilling programmes at SGUnited – e2i x SAFRA Job & Skills Discovery.

The event comprises online talks on learning opportunities on May 22 and 23, and a virtual career fair on May 24 and 25.

What’s the event about?

The online talks on learning opportunities will take place on a virtual webinar platform and SAFRA Mount Faber’s Facebook.

The virtual career fair has more than 150 types of jobs across 22 employers with 1,300 vacancies available, and will be held via the e2i website. Applications for the vacancies will be open up till 27 June 2021.

What skills will I pick up at the Online Talks On Learning Opportunities event?

You can expect tips on how you can leverage the digital economy, boost your employability in the tech sector, and other skills such as using psychology in times of crisis, navigating a mid-career transition, and nursing. The learning partners, such as Kaplan, Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and NTUC LearningHub, will share about up-skilling and re-skilling, industry trends, and provide information about the various courses available for your consideration. How many positions will be available at the career fair?

There will be more than 1,300 vacancies available, comprising 150 types of jobs across 22 employers. The jobs listed are for Singaporeans and NSmen only.

How do I schedule a virtual interview with a potential employer at the Career Fair?

For the Virtual Career Fair, you will be brought to the virtual platform site, USPUR, where you will need to create an account. Once done, you can apply for the jobs/companies you are interested in by submitting your resume, or you can choose to meet employers virtually on 24 and 25 May!
