2. Kidz Amaze 2-Day June Holiday Camps

From a Robotics and Coding Workshop to Scented Candle Making to an Escape Room Challenge, there is so much that await your kids at Kidz Amaze’s June Holiday 2-day camps! 3. SAFRA June Blockbuster

A Day With Your Dad

All fathers, listen up! Spend the day bonding with your kid in a father and child day camp, in a series of challenging but fun activities. Storm the course in a 3-legged Navex race as you and your child work in tandem to pick up crucial event items spread across the circuit! Then, whip up a meal together outdoors during the Jungle Cooking session, followed by a Blindfold Tent Pitching challenge, which will test your communication skills.

Concluding the event would be the Ex-Battle Tank battle, as you unleash your combined wrath on your opponent ships with water balloons!

Free Movie Screening

4. Pirates Ahoy, Out At Sea 

School is out, pirates are in!

The Royal Albatross has prepared a trove of pirate-themed activities on an actual Tall Ship (think of the ships in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies) that sets sail on a 2-hour-long voyage. This child-friendly sailing event is packed with games, prizes, and “pirate lessons” by the ship’s very own captain! Get the most out of this unique experience by outfitting both yourself and your kid in your best pirate ensemble. Who knows? Your crew might even bag a prize for ‘Best Dressed”!

5. Lion City Sailors Football Camp

For the kid who’s a soccer fan, Lion City Sailor Football School (LCS) is hosting a series of soccer camps that come with football-related quizzes, movies, and a whole bunch of field training sessions. Technique is the name of the game, as participants will be guided on critical competitive skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting.

6. Volunteer at The Food Bank 

Let’s give back to the less fortunate for a change, shall we? Head down to The Food Bank with your kid this coming June Holidays and partake in its seasonal program – Juniors Club.

Both you and your kid will get an intimate look into the everyday processes of the Food Bank’s warehouse as you learn more about its logistic facilities, and the many beneficiaries who they are meant to serve. Participants will also get an opportunity to sort, pack and track the food donations the Food Bank receives.

True to its altruistic theme, all monetary contributions will be redirected to its Food Bank Card Program, a smart wallet that allows food aid to be more accessible to its beneficiaries. Children participants are also given a Juniors Club T-Shirt.

7. Creative Coding by Camp Asia

One of Singapore’s most comprehensive coding holiday camps, Creative Coding’s 5-day camps promise an exciting and experimental foray into the realms of computational conceptualisation. 

This is the perfect camp for the uninitiated, as it imparts pivotal fundamentals crucial for digital storytelling and game design. This includes coding foundations, 2D motion, block programming platforms and story-telling vehicles. Aspiring game developers will also take on a self-guided project that they will present on the camp’s last day, as they develop their final product using the lessons taught to them throughout the 5 days.

8. Get Curious! All About Food by the National Museum

Celebrate both traditional dishes and modern developments in Singapore’s culinary scene at the National Museum, as you and your child explore a gallery of food-themed interactive installations. Make sure to keep a lookout for the 6 WanderFOOD trails tucked within the galleries, for they contain a collection of food artefacts and instructions you’ll need to complete an online quiz!
