1. Dine-in and Takeaway Set Menus at Soup Restaurant

Homegrown family favourite Soup Restaurant has specially curated an array of all-new dishes for this Parent’s Day season. Prepared using premium and healthful ingredients, these include Double-boiled Peach Gum with Cordyceps Flower in Pork Loin Soup, Prawns with Turnip in Fresh Passion Fruit Sauce, Truffle Honey Pork Chop, and Braised Seafood with Abalone in Whole Pumpkin. These dishes feature in dine-in menus for tables of two to 10 diners. Round off the meal with Handmade Rose Buns with Red Dates Paste.

Alternatively, enjoy the heartwarming dishes at home via online exclusive set menus for takeaway or delivery. Besides the Mother’s Day speciality dishes, they also include the restaurant’s signature Samsui Ginger Chicken and Soup of the Day. Top up $42.70 nett to surprise Mum with a two-tier Handmade Longevity Bun Tower, another online exclusive.

2. Sakura Set Lunch Bundle at 7th Heaven KTV & Cafe

If Mum feels like she’s missing out on the cherry blossom season in Japan, then take her to SAFRA Tampines’ very own 7th Heaven KTV & Cafe for a lovely sakura-themed dining experience. 3. International Semi-buffet Brunch at Racines

What’s Mother’s Day without brunch? We suggest Racines’ indulgent semi-buffet brunch, featuring a succulent crustacean platter and extensive international gourmet fare alongside your choice of main course. Each table will also receive one mini Maison21G Paris roll-on perfume in Lemon Bergamot, a perfect purse-sized memento for mum.

Whet your appetite with unlimited cheese varieties, tuna tartare, salmon confit, dim sum, charcuterie, and herbal chicken soup. 4. Heritage Afternoon Tea Set at Rempapa

Give Mum the opportunity to unwind over a relaxing afternoon tea. But if the usual tea and scones is too pedestrian, consider heading for Rempapa, where Chef Damian D’Silva will surprise her with uniquely Singaporean heritage flavours instead. The taste of nostalgia that comes with each set is certainly ideal for a multi-generational family gathering.

Warm the belly with savouries such as Naked Curry Puff, Chicken Debal Slider, Kueh Pie Tee, Kong Bak Pau, and a comforting Glutinous Rice with Mushrooms, Chicken, Pork and Chinese Sausage. Then sweeten the walk down memory lane with a selection of in-house made kuehs including Salat, Talam Pandan, Kosui, Abok Sagu, and Bingka.

5. Halal-certified Peranakan Buffet Dinner at Ginger

For dinner, spice things up with a Peranakan-inspired buffet spread in the botanical-themed, halal-certified restaurant Ginger. Fill your plates with re-interpreted classics such as Buah Keluak Fried Rice and Stir-fried Laksa. Complementing them are the likes of Nonya Curry Chicken, Buak Keluak, Braised Duck in Sweet Tamarind, Braised Wagyu Beef Rendang and Crispy Halibut with Ginger Flower Belacan Chilli.

For sides, must-tries include Otah Wrapped in Banana Leaves, Peranakan Crab Meatball with Bamboo Shoot, and Braised Nonya Chap Chye. Top it off with the colourful and creamy ‘Ginger’ Bubur Cha Cha dessert. Mum also enjoys a complimentary Ginger Milk Pudding with Pandan Sago and dines for free with three accompanying diners.

6. Chinese Set Menus Featuring Duotou Clams at Putien

Once a year, Putien serves up nature’s bounty of Duotou clams freshly harvested at their peak. Exclusively brought in from Duotou village in Putian, Fujian twice weekly, they return this season in nine delectable styles, from the classic nourishing Red Mushroom Duotou Clam Soup to the new and exciting Spicy Fried Duotou Clams. Diners can choose to try any two dishes at a special price of $43.80.

Just in time for Mother’s Day, the succulent clams also make an appearance alongside Putien favourites in a series of special set menus. Suitable for families of two, four, six, eight, or 10, highlights also include Deep-fried Yellow Croaker, Sweet and Sour Pork with Lychees, Braised Sea Cucumber, and a choice of a signature noodle dish.
