Luxe Japanese Mother’s Day Set At Fat Cow

Known for its handpicked selection of wagyu from reputable farms around the world, contemporary Japanese restaurant Fat Cow has put together its version of a surf-and-turf treat for mums. The meal begins with a tray of Chawanmushi, Sashimi Moriawase, and Miso Soup to get the juices flowing. For the main course, savour a delectable Miyazaki Wagyu Steak, simply seasoned with salt, and seared to seal in all the juices, and Tempura Moriawasa, so popular in past sets that it’s become a Mother’s Day mainstay.
