This year, Cherry Garden at Mandarin Oriental Singapore infuses time-honoured Cantonese-style mooncakes with tea. The new Tieguanyin with Macadamia Nuts, featuring Silver Lotus Paste blended with tea leaves harvested during summer to retain its honey-like fragrance, joins the baked collection. BiluoChun Green Tea with Guava and Chestnut, balancing bitter notes from the spring tea with fruity flavours, makes a debut in the mini snowskin range. They are presented in elegant floral packaging alongside other novel highlights from traditional baked Chestnut Paste with Hokkaido Milk, Apricot and Melon Seeds to Singapore-inspired Pandan Coconut snowskin.
