SAFRA Swim For Hope Carnival
This September, prepare for some fun at the SAFRA Swim for Hope Carnival! Dive into two weekends of excitement with pool games and activities like Paddle Boat, Foam Water Blaster, Pool Obstacle Course, and a Pool Treasure Hunt. There are also live food stations if you need a quick bite after the activities.
The carnival will be held across 4 locations: SAFRA Tampines and SAFRA Choa Chu Kang on 21 September, SAFRA Yishun on 28 September, and SAFRA Mount Faber on 29 September.
Tickets are going for just $20 for a group of four, with $5 for each additional person. Best of all, your participation supports five meaningful causes, including the NCSS Special Assistance Fund and the President’s Challenge. Tickets can be purchased here.

HOMEGROWN music festival
Get ready for a musical celebration like no other at HOMEGROWN at OCBC Square on 4 and 5 September 2024! What started as an online series by the Music & Drama Company (MDC) in 2020 is now coming to life with unforgettable performances by local talents. This year’s event features guest artistes like lullaboy, Jean Seizure, Alyssa Lie, and MDC singers Dominic Chin and Gail Belmonte.
Expect to be mesmerised by dance performances, including a stunning aerial acrobatics segment accompanied by the MDC original track Out of the Shadows. Up-and-coming talents from various polytechnics will also showcase their vocal and dance skills, alongside full-time National Servicemen performing an original song in tribute to all NSmen.
In addition to an enjoyable evening grooving to live performances, there are also exciting games and prizes, including vouchers and merchandise from guest artistes, as well as an exhibition on the storied history of MDC and its alumni.

SAFRA Youth Fiesta
SAFRA Youth Fiesta returns with a fresh twist in 2024, combining the excitement of sports tournaments with the vibrant energy of DoujinFes. First launched in 2018, the event has evolved to include a unique blend of activities, appealing to both sports enthusiasts and fans of Japanese anime and cosplay culture.
On 28 September, head to SAFRA Tampines for a day filled with action-packed tournaments, including Ultimate Frisbee and 5v5 Futsal, while the ever-popular DoujinFes, featuring a fair and cosplay contest, will take place on both 28 and 29 September. So gather your pals and prepare for an unforgettable youth hang-out weekend!
Not into sports or cosplay? Learn to create a cute thematic bento at the Bento Workshop by Okome that will also happen on 28 September!

Beer Music Play 2024
