SAFRA offers a plethora of events for Mother's Day and exclusive game nights for members, making every day a celebration this month.

May calls for a celebration for the mums around you, with Mother’s Day rolling up on 12 May. But beyond that, there are plenty of other things to do this month. This includes new eateries, hip vinyl bars, and even a new mall in the heart of Changi. Read on to find out more about the best things to do in May 2024.

Mothers Day Celebrations at SAFRA clubs

Celebrate Mother’s Day in style at the seven SAFRA clubs around the island! Join the festivities with a myriad of activities and surprises for mums. This includes a dedication board, where you can pin your dedication card with a heartfelt message to Mum, as well as a free greeting card and ceramic jewellery dish to redeem (limited to first 100 SAFRA members at each club).

And till 31 May, treat mum to a special meal by redeeming the ‘Dine with My Queen’ e-voucher to enjoy a free main and a dessert or side dish at participating SAFRA F&B outlets with a minimum spend of $20 (limited to first 50 SAFRA members at each club; check safra.sg for availability). 

You can also spend quality time bonding with your child on Mother’s Day weekend by participating in special culinary workshops, such as the parent and child cooking workshops at SAFRA Jurong, Mount Faber, Toa Payoh and Yishun on 11 May. Also, don’t miss the special promotions on pampering treats like massages and facials. There’s something for every mum at SAFRA!

SAFRA Members’ Games Night

Get ready for an electrifying Members’ Games Night filled with fun and excitement at the SAFRA clubs, coming up at the end of this month. Challenge your friends at bowling at SAFRA Tampines, or Nintendo Switch Sports games at the other SAFRA clubs, and stand a chance to win fantastic prizes by securing a spot in the top 3! Additionally, indulge in other entertaining activities like golf putting, darts, basketball shooting, and arcade games.

Happy Birthday from SAFRA!

There’s no better time to be a SAFRA member. Now till March 2025, members can kick off their birthday celebrations with a $20 e-voucher redeemable at any SAFRA club during their birthday month. You can use it at various participating vendors including Climb Central, NurtureStars, Taekwondonomics, SuperBowl, Dinoland Singapore, and more. 

The e-voucher is limited to the first 50 members per club (tip: check the clubs’ social media platforms for updates on e-voucher availability), so remember to make a beeline for SAFRA on your birthday month!

Frida Kahlo Exhibition at ArtScience Museum

Artsy folks, check out a new exhibition featuring one of the world’s art icons, Frida Kahlo. Running from 4 May to 1 September 2024  at the ArtScience Museum, Frida Forever lets you dive into the fascinating life of the artist through AR movies, interactive paintings, and 360-degree projections. 

In the three distinct sections of the exhibition, you can delve into Frida’s inner world, her art, and intimate relationship with her body.
