Trampoline Workouts: Why You Should Try It & 3 Exercises To Get You Started

Always keep these jumping safety tips in mind:

  1. Stand in the middle of the trampoline
  2. Land on your whole foot
  3. Keep your knees slightly bent and flexed
  4. Pull your belly button in, bracing the core
  5. Lean your upper body forward

Aerobic rebounding has subtle nuances that are often overlooked, yet crucial to a proper workout routine. Technique 1: Basic Bounce

  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart
  • Bounce 2 to 3 inches above the trampoline
  • Keep your feet flat

Technique 2: Tip Toe

  • Keep your feet together
  • Lift one heel up and push the other heel down
  • Alternate your feet

Technique 3: Heel 

  • Keep your feet together
  • Kick one heel forward
  • Alternate your feet

Technique 4: Pulse

  • Stand with feet slightly wider apart than shoulder width 
  • Point your toes outwards
  • Shift your weight from one side to the other 
  • Alternate your feet
