Prefer a cosy sit-down meal? Throughout August, Choon Hoy Parlor presents a special edition of its Communal Menu at $59.90 per person, in honour of Singapore’s 59th year of independence. Start with signature appetisers of Teochew Pork Trotter Jelly and Our Rojak Our Own Way. Then discover two new items, the Fragrant Ginger Flower Broth Braised Pig Ear Salad and Mutton Satay.
The Mod-Sin restaurant’s ever-popular CHP Signature Hainanese Kampong Chicken, Chap Chye and Teochew Steamed Fish also make their appearance, accompanied by the Soup of the Day and the addictive A Lil Lard, A Lil Soy, A Lil Love Rice.
