For SAFRA members and 11B pass-holders seeking value and variety during their weekday lunch break, Hillion Mall has rolled out a generous set of deals. From familiar local faves to international cuisines, plus non-food services, there’s a surprising breadth of offerings. But how do they stack up? Here’s a full breakdown.

What’s On Offer

The promotion runs weekdays (excluding public holidays) during the lunch window of 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, till 31 March 2026. You’ll just need to flash your SAFRA e-card or 11B pass at participating outlets.

Food & Beverage Picks

Here are some highlights:

  • Big Fish Small Fish: Set lunch meals from $9.90. Choices include lighter dishes (Caesar Salad, Fish & Chips, etc.) at the lowest tier, mid-priced mains ($12.90) like Teriyaki Salmon, and some of the more “premium” options (Seabass, Truffle Turkey Bacon Carbonara, etc.) for about $14.90.
  • Common Grill by COLLIN’S: Offering a 3-course menu at $9.90 (usual price $15.90). That’s a worthwhile discount for those who prefer a more sit-down, multi-course treat.
  • Dian Xiao Er: 10% off a la carte food items. Note: excludes munchies/desserts/beverages/alcohol/miscellaneous. Also not valid on the eve of public holidays, PH itself, or during the 15 days of Chinese New Year.
  • Check out the other places offering 10-20% off or special deals, including Kazo, Kei Kaisendon, Keitaku Mazesoba and POCHA! Korean Street Dining, etc.

  • Aspire Hub Education Centre: 50% off trial lessons for new students (or for existing students trying out a new subject).

Why You Should Check Out Hillion Mall

With so many deals offering strong value for SAFRA members and a great variety of F&B options and lifestyle services, you can find all you need at this one-stop mall. Whether you are planning some quick lunchtime shopping or a half-day off for some leisure time, be sure to plan a trip there to take advantage of the perks.

Limitations / Things to Check

  • Time Window Nail-down: The 11.30 am – 2.30 pm slot is fairly specific. If you’re late, or don’t make it in time, you might miss it.
  • Weekdays Only & Excluded Dates: Public holidays and eve of PH are excluded for many outlets. Also, some outlets have more restrictive conditions (e.g. Dian Xiao Er’s exclusions).
  • Cannot Stack with Other Deals: The offers generally are not combinable with other promotions, vouchers or membership privileges. So you’ll want to check what other discounts you may have to give up.
  • “Regular-priced” Limitations: Some discounts apply only on regular-priced items. If a store is doing its own flash sale or other discount campaigns, those items might be excluded.

Who Benefits Most

  • SAFRA members (or with 11B pass) who work or live near Hillion Mall and can take their lunch there regularly. The frequent-user will get more cumulative value.
  • Families, parents, or learners exploring enrichment or wellness services –since some trial class deals are steeply discounted.
  • Budget-minded diners who don’t mind simpler set meals or smaller outlets rather than premium restaurant experiences.

Verdict: Worth Your Lunch Break?

Yes! But with a caveat. If you align your lunch plans with the time and outlet restrictions, these promotions deliver good value. For a typical weekday, grabbing a $9.90 set, or combining food plus a quick service (like a haircut or class) turns an ordinary lunch into something more worthwhile.

If you’re someone who often eats out without caring about timing, or expects to stack multiple discounts, you might find the limitations (time window, exclusions) a bit restrictive.

However, there are still fantastic offers for SAFRA member and NSmen to enjoy, and the best thing is that it’s all conveniently located in one mall. So be sure to check out the promotions at Hillion Mall if you haven’t!
