Good Boy

Release Date: 30 October 2025

Starring: Indy, Shane Jensen, Arielle Friedman

Good Boy turns the haunted-house genre upside down by telling its story through the eyes – and instincts – of a loyal dog named Indy, rather than the humans who inhabit the house. When Indy and his owner Todd move into a secluded country home, the pooch begins to sense something deeply wrong – dark forces unseen by the human eye but vivid in every rustle, shadow, and whispered creak. Director Ben Leonberg’s debut leans into this canine perspective to build not with cheap scares but with creeping dread, letting the audience feel the tension, confusion, and helplessness of a companion who can’t speak. For fans of atmospherics, empathetic creatures, and horror that creeps under your skin, Good Boy offers something fresh in a familiar genre, and will be the perfect film to watch this Halloween.

Screening at Shaw Theatres and movie theatres islandwide from 30 October 2025. Click here for more information and to book tickets.

Tin Soldier

Scott Eastwood stars as one of the highly trained, enigmatic Shinjas in the Bokushi’s controversial programme for US combat veterans seeking a new path, while Jamie Foxx and Nora Arnezeder add depth and intensity to the story. As the government grows increasingly concerned over the rise of this cult-like organisation, the film delves into questions of control, morality, and personal conviction, all set against a backdrop of expertly choreographed combat and suspense. With its mix of psychological intrigue and high-octane action, Tin Soldier will keep you on edge while examining what it truly means to serve a cause.
