Behind The Scenes At The SAFRA Cohesion Services Management (CSM) team

The team plans and organises activities to engage NSmen and help build bonds through fun and games The CSM team offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for groups of various sizes, from smaller units to those with more than 1,000 personnel SAFRA organised 500 cohesion events for more than 48,000 NSmen in 2017. To strengthen camaraderie and build bonds, the SAFRA Cohesion Services Management team plans activities to specifically engage Nsmen.

NSmen can look forward to participating in both indoor and outdoor activities during their cohesion time with SAFRA. Indoor activities, such as pool, billiards and bowling, and the navigation of escape rooms, are tailored for smaller units to help ensure meaningful conversations, strategic planning and bonding.

Outdoor sports activities such as paintball, rock climbing and futsal aim to strengthen teambuilding through improving communication, enhancing SAFRA Cohesion Services Management (CSM) team plan and organise activities to engage NSmen and help build bonds through fun and games The CSM team offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for groups of various sizes, from smaller units to those with more than 1,000 personnel SAFRA organised 500 cohesion events for more than 48,000 NSmen in 2017 interpersonal skills and forging stronger bonds through teamwork and leadership.

With the objective of getting everyone involved, CSM stands firm by its belief that “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, and working together is success”. Forging stronger bonds between Nsmen can only serve to boost morale and improve combat readiness.
