From Stage To Street: HOMEGROWN Festival Returns With Music, Art and Nostalgia

HOMEGROWN Festival 2025 is set to light up OCBC Square on 17 and 18 October with two electrifying nights of music, art and community spirit – all for free! Produced by the Music & Drama Company, the festival brings together a stellar line-up of local talents including Sezairi, lewloh, YAO, Krysta Joy, and a host of rising artistes, alongside creative booths, workshops, and interactive art experiences. Beyond the stage, festival-goers can dive into activities like jagua gel tattoos, bouquet-making, and a collaborative community canvas, or relive the thrill of retro arcade games from Daytona to Bishi Bashi. Scares, Sweets & Spooky Fun At SAFRA Punggol This Halloween

This Halloween, SAFRA Punggol unfurls a spooky adventure beneath the sands of time with Awakening of the Mummies, promising families and adventure lovers alike an immersive experience steeped in ancient mystery and creative fun. Scheduled for 24 –25 October 2025, the event invites young explorers (aged 3–12 with adult accompaniment) to navigate haunted trails, solve riddles, parade in costume, and unearth buried secrets – all while enjoying bewitching magic shows, hands-on crafts, munchies, and a goodie bag fit for little adventurers. SAFRA members get first dibs on registration starting 19 September (with special rates), before guest registration opens on 9 October – and with limited child slots (200 on 24 Oct, 300 on 25 Oct), tickets are expected to vanish fast. With added thrills available for a separate fee, including a Halloween baking workshop and a night-bash afterparty for the parents to chill out at The Starlit Pavilion, Awakening of the Mummies doesn’t just deliver scares – it promises memorable magic for the whole family.
SAFRA members pay $10 for child tickets and $5 for adult tickets, while guests pay $15 for child tickets and $8 for adult tickets.
