Seafood Symphony at Lime Restaurant
For foodies looking to get their fill of good seafood, Lime Restaurant’s revamped dinner buffet experience is a must-try. Nestled within Parkroyal Collection Pickering, this reimagined feast boasts an expansive seafood-on-ice station featuring premium catches like Boston Lobster, Snow Crab, and Chilean Scallop.
The Asian kitchen has heritage classics like the fiery Sambal Stingray and the new Peranakan specialty, Buah Keluak Black Duck; as well as Indonesian-style Curry Crab and the signature Pickering Slipper Lobster Laksa.
Switching gears to Western delights, indulge in a hearty Lobster Risotto on weekdays – or opt for the Sea Urchin version on weekends – tossed in a parmesan wheel for that extra burst of flavour.
Round off the feast at the dessert station with a trio of Chocolate Fountains, warm Hazelnut Chocolate Pudding, and tableside nitrogen-frozen Mousse Lollipops paired with Crêpes Suzette. The buffet is available daily from 6pm to 9.30pm.

Tuck into a diverse food scene featuring 80 vendors serving everything from classics at Satay Ummi and House of Lemang, to fusion treats like smash burgers and matcha beverages, and the viral Golden Bao.
Enjoy hands-on workshops such as Arabic calligraphy and creative activities for kids, and don’t miss the captivating Sultan Mosque Light Show that transforms the landmark into a visual masterpiece. New attractions include guided Kampong Tours and a Mystery Treasure Hunt with prizes up to $8,000.

Zus Coffee at Westgate
Westies now have a new place to get their caffeine fix with the famous Zus Coffee chain from Malaysia landing at Westgate. This marks the chain’s second Singapore outlet, after the first one at Changi Airport.
Try their signature Matcha Strawberry Latte, made of a layer of strawberry milk topped with matcha latte. For coffee lovers, the Spanish Latte is a good choice, especially if you love sweet beverages. That’s because condensed milk is used instead of fresh milk.
Drinks aren’t the only thing worth heading down to Zus Coffee for, though. They also serve up food like pasta and bento rice, starting from $6.90. You can easily head here for lunch if you work or live in the West. After all, you no longer have to cross the border for your Zus Coffee cravings.
3 Gateway Dr, #02-25/26 Westgate, Singapore 608532
