The main event features Bistecca’s Signature Sharing Steaks, premium F1 Wagyu beef from Australia, with a marbling score of 6+. Cuts include the Fiorentina, a classic T-bone, and the Costata, a bone-in ribeye. If dessert is mandatory in dad’s eyes, then point him towards the classic Panna Cotta, Tiramisu, or Sticky Date Pudding.
