Ginger, Parkroyal On Beach Road

Toss to a better year at the newly-opened Ginger at Parkroyal on Beach Road. The restaurant has launched a Lunar New Year’s and Lunar New Year’s Eve a la carte buffet, as well as lunch and dinner on day one and two of the New Year. Feast on auspicious favourites including Abalone Noodles, Grilled Chicken Bak Kwa with Steamed Flower Bun, Alaskan King Crab Otah, Black Pepper Lobster Fried Rice, Oyster Omelette and Eight Treasures Ice-cream as well as complimentary yusheng, specially created by Executive Chef Vincent Aw. The festive menu is available from 3 to 28 February 2021.

The Lunar New Year buffet starts from $78 for adults and $39 for kids; while the Lunar New Years Eve buffet starts from $78 for adults and $39 for children. On 12 and 13 February, its slightly pricier from $108 for adults and $54 for children for lunch and dinner.
