Did you know that Lunar New Year is called Imlek in Indonesia? Celebrate the festivities at one of Singapore’s first authentic Chinese-Indonesian F&B dining concepts at Kota88 Restaurant. Indulge in a sumptuous reunion dinner and tuck into Kota88’s Bebek Panggang ($48.88/whole duck) or grilled crispy duck. The dish features succulent and tender duck meat prepared with a variety of Indonesian spices, complete with delicious crackly skin served whole, symbolising fidelity. Alternatively, dig into the restaurant’s juicy Kombo Cha Sio and Sio Bak (100g each/$16.88) meat platter, best enjoyed with a plate of freshly steamed rice and fiery sambal.
