Xperience Restaurant

Expect a towering feast at SO/ Singapore’s Xperience Restaurant this Easter weekend. A brunch tower made for sharing will be served to your table, and it’s topped with everything from charcuterie and cheese with pickles and nuts to hot cross buns, tropical fresh fruits, macarons, and mini Easter eggs. In between, you’ll find Garlic Butter Roasted Boston Lobster, Grilled King Prawn, Sambal Stingray, Bacon and Leek Quiche, and more.

Pace yourself on the brunch tower as a bottomless carving station follows. Expect Spiced Roasted Pork Rack, Whole Butter Roasted Chicken, and Mustard and Herb Marinated Australian Ribeye served with Braised Red Cabbage and Mashed Potato. What’s more, there’s a 2D1N stay at SO/ Bangkok to be won in an Easter-themed best-dressed competition. It’ll be valid for 12 months from when travel between Singapore and Thailand recommences, so do dress to impress!
