6 All-You-Can-Egg Easter Brunches Worth Hopping To

With Easter falling on April 4 this year, there’s no better way to kick off the first weekend of the month than by sharing delectable roasts, egg-themed dishes and chocolatey desserts with family and friends at one of these all-you-can-eat Easter brunches.

Feast on a lunch spread of Easter highlights as Andaz Singapore’s multi-cuisine all-day dining venue presents unlimited carvings of meats such as Roasted Lamb Leg and Honey Baked Ham, alongside fresh seafood on ice, salads, cheese and charcuterie, and freshly baked breads including the ubiquitous hot cross buns. Using cage-free eggs sourced from locally owned Freedom Range Co, the egg station serves up must-tries from Avruga Caviar Egg to Baked Avocado and Egg.

As if that’s not enough, each diner gets to pick one main course, with signatures including Beef Burger with Seared Foie Gras, and Grilled Jerk Chicken. You can also top up $10 to enjoy a hearty Lobster Mac and Cheese or Grilled Angus Ribeye. Don’t forget to leave space for an endless stream of decadent desserts such as Garden in a Glass, Carrot Cake, and Easter Chocolates.

Beach Road Kitchen

Celebrate the season at Beach Road Kitchen as its signature experiential served-to-table buffet gets a one-day-only Easter upgrade. Highlights include Alaskan King Crab Legs on Ice, 64-degree Sous Vide Egg with Foie Gras Coconut Spread, Oven Roasted “Stanbroke” Tomahawk, Grilled Lobster with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce, and Hot Cross Buns, of course. Chefs-on-Show will also treat you to a roving Around the World Oysters Varieties trolley.

One-Ninety Restaurant

It’s going to be a truly indulgent buffet at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore this Easter. Start with ocean-fresh Maine Lobsters, Avruga Caviar and Diamond Clams, as well as a spread of appetisers from Poached White Asparagus in Truffle Emulsion to Deep-Sea Crab Legs with Lime Aioli. Then pick your choice of entrée, such as Roasted Spring Chicken with Lemon Thyme and Acquerello Risotto with Saffron.

That’s not all. To complement your entrée, four ‘live’ stations will serve up carvings of 72-hour Slow Roasted Milk Fed Lamb, Baked Salmon Coulibiac, Apple Wood Smoked Peking Duck, and Slow Roasted Wagyu Beef Rump. Finally, an additional selection of 20 cheeses and even more handcrafted desserts courtesy of Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee await. For a traditional Italian Easter feast with an Italian twist, head to Solo Ristorante for Il Solo Easter Brunch. Chef/partner Simone Fraternali promises you’ll have a veritable feast of Italian classics just like his grandmother prepares during family celebrations back home in Gradara.  Start with appetisers featuring spring ingredients such as white asparagus and artichoke. For mains, savour festive favourites such as Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb and traditional Lasagna with Angus Beef Bolognese. Finally, end off with Ciambella, homemade Easter cake with dark chocolate and mascarpone cream.

Expect a towering feast at SO/ Singapore’s Xperience Restaurant this Easter weekend. A brunch tower made for sharing will be served to your table, and it’s topped with everything from charcuterie and cheese with pickles and nuts to hot cross buns, tropical fresh fruits, macarons, and mini Easter eggs.
